Gotta give props to the Bobblehead, this is another great Giada Delaurentiis recipe. It's as simple as they come and uses sun dried tomatoes in olive oil, pine nuts, garlic and basil. It can easily be made while the water is boiling for the pasta. And after the week we have been having, quick and easy was what we were looking for!
When you have been slammed with work, it is so nice to have a hearty meal like this. We started out with some nice antipasto - salame, big sicilian olives, black olives, fresh bread, marinated artichoke hearts and a WONDERFUL Sangiovese wine.
