The mussels and the tripletail are courtesy of Captain's Tavern Seafood Market, the crusty sesame baguette, courtesy of Delices de France French Bakery, the "fresh" linguine courtesy of Buitoni (ok, that was a stretch...) The result is a wonderful and quick Thursday night meal.
Linguine with mussels and poached tripletail in a white wine, lemon butter sauce (with a little pancetta cooked down first with the garlic and shallots). You think there are leftovers? Ha!
Just had to add a picture of the insanely cool Hibiscus on my patio. I'm not sure if it's visible in that photo but the stamens are practically fluorescent.
