A buddy and I went to lunch at a Greek restaurant on Friday and the food was great. But all it did was make me want more Greek-inspired food!
So tonight started off with a Greek Bruschetta (I know, I know...) with hummus, feta and a sundried tomato/kalamata olive salsa. Honestly? So good that I didn't even take photos of the lamb chops or Greek salad!
While we're combining cultures, I figure I might as well post this frittata photo from last weekend: Yukon Gold potatoes, portuguese linguica and escarole. Again... not too orthodox, but very tasty. And tasty is always our bottom line.
