My kids love Sunday morning hashbrowns and I love making them... but I can't stand to make the same thing all the time! So this morning we created a new one: Hashbrowns with shredded Vermont Cheddar, Vidalia onions and fresh thyme. It would have been good all on its own... BUT!
A couple of slices of Virginia ham would make it even better! But it needed even more...
Yup, a couple of eggs made it perfect! :)
