Here's what it's looking like for this weekend at the house:
Just got finished making a couple of dozen turkey meatballs and some sauce. That will be will either be supper tonight or the pasta course tomorrow. For Sunday dinner, it looks like prosciutto and melon as an appetizer, then pork chops that have been marinated in Badia Naranja Agria (not Italian at all, my friends... But VERY Miami) and then grilled outside. I will also grill some corn on the cob and make some fresh salad... stay posted... it will develop over the weekend! Pictures to follow!
Hey, Andy, will you marry me? Oh wait...I'm straight...and happily married myself. It's just that I want to eat all those meals you're describing! Very cool site, I only hope that you start getting more specific with your recommendations—name a brand of quality canned tuna that you like, for example, or include more steps to your recipes. But my mouth is watering and it's only 7:30 in the morning, so your site is definitely working...
