I made some of this when I got back from Italy in 2003 - after having learned from one of the amazing homecooks in our family there. It's a GREAT item to have on hand for all kinds of uses!
Put fresh rosemary, kosher salt and fresh garlic in the food processor... Blast away.
We keep it in an airtight container in the fridge. Uses are unlimited... like on sweet potato fries tonight! :)
How long do you reckon this can keep in the fridge?
