Deeply Delightful "Hondo"

If you are a Cigar Aficionado and will be visiting Buenos Aires in the near future, then you MUST visit "Hondo" in the city's sparkling new Puerto Madero area. Hondo means "deep" in Spanish and my evening there was DEEPLY DELIGHTFUL!

Payback Is Not Always A Bitch...

The office won out over the kitchen this past week, with my wife picking up the slack and making sure the kids were taken care of while I worked late. So, tonight was the beginning of the payback!

Thick-cut pork chops with a Vermouth and Baby Bella mushroom sauce, rosemary mashed potatoes and sauteed green beans with garlic and crushed red peppers.
