It doesn't have to be elaborate to be tasty. I love that about rustic Italian home cooking... it's just good ingredients and a little magic. Case in point:
Thin spaghetti, garlic/sweet vermouth reduction, fresh cherry tomatoes, basil, oil cured black olives and toasted breadcrumbs. So good! Some combinations just work so well together. Like this one:
Lechon burgers with cilantro, scallions and garlic. Topped with guacamole with serrano chiles and papitas!
Mmmmmmmmmm........... those spaghetti look really inviting....
