It's a Comfort Food Sunday

Two days of non-stop rain brings out the comfort foodies in all of us. Tonight was some of the Goomba favorites:

Escarole
Sauteed escarole with crushed red pepper flake and slivered garlic. So damn simple and good.

Chicken cutlets like my Nonna used to make them, mac and cheese on the side and in case anyone was still hungry...

A few bbq wings to celebrate the Patriots win today! Hope everyone had a comfy weekend as well!
