My mother might have called it overkill, but I'm almost betting she would have dug pizza twice in one day as well. The kids wanted calzones for lunch which are nice, but are just boring to photograph: So, I made pizzettas as well - 4 different ones to be exact - pepperoni (kids), bbq chicken with scallions (kids and adults), Marsala sauteed baby Bellas with Gruyere and thyme (that's it above and here below with arugula and baby spinach in a lemon vinaigrette on top) and the last one comes from the pasta we had last night (Spaghetti al tonno with black & green olives, capers and lemon zest)... makes a great pasta, and makes a GREAT pizza as well (used just a TINY bit of Manchego on top as the whole fish + cheese thing is a big no-no). So there you have it... very possible overkill. Especially if I eat some cold for breakfast! ;)
